What’s the difference between registered and active users?
“Users” refers to all types of user; admins; instructors; and learners.
Registered users means the total number of users you can have live on your portal at one time. You’ll be able to register a number of users 5x your plan’s limit.
E.g. For 1,000 registered licenses, up to 1,000 live registered users + up to 4,000 idle registered users.
Active users means the total number of users that can use your portal in a 2-hour window. You’ll be able to register a number of users 100x your plan’s limit.
E.g. For 150 registered licenses, you can have 150 live users, and 14,580 idle users.
