Carrier Freedom (BreakFree): T-Mobile for Business
T-Mobile is reimbursing customers who switch to our service and meet other requirements based on the ETF on the final bill and/or their carrier’s device payment plan/lease (such as EIP/Next/Edge/Easy Pay). Corporate Liable (CL) and Individual Liable (IL) customers are eligible for a payout of up to $650 per line on up to five lines, and a maximum payout of up to $100 for lines six and beyond. Set up Stacked plan accounts
- You must add the required stacking feature (STAKMBB0) to allow data pooling across lines.
- All FWI lines must be on their own Pooled Fixed Wireless Internet rate plan.
- Activations in TFB Sales systems will auto add the STAKMBB0 feature per line if there is a BAN already existing with at least one line that already includes STABMBB0 on it
- If new account and stacking feature was not added at time of activation, Care will need to add STAKMBB0 initially on to the account
- TFB Sales systems will not allow two different stacking plans on same order during activations, two separate orders needed, which can both be on the same account
- If it’s a plan change in Care the STAKMBB0 needs to be added per line
- Customers can mix and match any combination of FWI plans to build the pool that fits their needs.
- There is no requirement that all FWI lines be on the same rate plan.
- The ability to mix and match applies to FWI lines only.
- Example: Customer wants 4 FWI lines with 70GB of pooled data. The customer’s total pool is 70GB.
- Place two lines on 25GB.
- Place two lines on 10GB
